Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Process Columns & Reaction Vessels of different
types & size.
A. PRESSURE VESSEL : VARIOUS TYPES SUPPORT
SADDLE SUPPORTED PRESSURE VESSEL
LUG SUPPORTED PRESSURE VESSEL
BRACKET SUPPORTED PRESSURE VESSEL
The sizes of these Vessels have ranged from 400 mm To 4500 mm And these vessels were
jacketed, limpet vessels with Body flange and jacket / limpet closers.
B. HORTON SPHERE :
2500 M^3 - 17.0 M Æ COLUMN SUPPORTED LPG HORTON SPHERE.
1436.75 M^3 - 14.0 M Æ COLUMN SUPPORTED LPG HORTON SPHERE.
These Spheres were Designed & Detailed for Refineries Industry.
C. HEAT EXCHANGERS : VARIOUS TYPES
'U' TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER
FIXED TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER
FLOATING HEAD HEAT EXCHANGER
The Max. No. of Tubes for such Exchangers have been 3285 Nos.
We have used ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, TEMA, BS 5500 &
AD Markbleter for Designing & Detailed Engineering of above Vessels. The
calculation furnished have been approved by various third party agencies / client viz. Indian Oil Refineries, Engineers India Ltd., Bactel, Daelim,
Samsung, Bureau Veritas, Linde, ADCO, Larsen & Toubro, Lloyd`s Register of Shipping,
UHDE, H&G, Power Gas & many other Indian & International
Clients.
We have nearly Design & Detailed 300 Such Equipments. We have been working for many
Indian & International Clients worldwide.
