Started business enterprise in the name of P-MECH CONSULTANT in the year 1988-89 to provide engineering consultancy services to various industrial clients.

Has designed, routed a Complex Piping Plan with Space constrain. Have done 50 Power Plan Piping from P & ID to BOM Stage which includes Equipment Location, Pipe rack location Equipment mounting civil detail, pipe rack mounting Civil detail, Structural Member sizing for pipe rack, monorail requirement its mounting detail, study piping, routing, piping G.A. Isometric with proper support Marking, Exhaust / Charge Air Ducting with Pressure drop calculations, Cooling Tower Piping, Compressed Air High Pressure Piping, Chimney Location its design for Self Supported / External Supported including Dynamic Analysis, Preparation of Sheet wise BOM for various Pipe, Pipe Fitting, Instruments with its Specifications etc.

He has designed double wall ammonia storage tank for SPIC Tuticerin, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer and Fact Engineering Works for their ammonia system.

He has designed and developed large dia Petroleum Storage Tank (Cone Roof and Floating Roof ), Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Column, Chimney, Gas Holder, Silos, Bunkers, Piping System, Stress Analysis using CAESAR II, Structural Analysis using Staad Pro etc.

In Past he has worked for M/s. Vijay Tanks and Vessels Ltd., Bombay for 3 years.

SUBHASH PATEL - MANAGER ENGINEERING 17 Years of experience in the detailing of Cone Roof and Floating Roof Storage Tank, Pressure Vessel (Including Horton Sphere) Heat Exchanger, Silos, Bunkers, Piping, Ducting etc. Excellence in checking of steel structure drawings.

DEBABRATA SINGHA - B.E. ( CIVIL ) - CHIEF  ENGINEER

A Civil and Structural Engineer from Prime Indian Institute with 5 years of Industrial Experience in design and detailing of Petrochemical Plant, Technological Structure, Residential, Commercial, School Building, Oil and Gas, Refinery, Fertiliser, Steel, Power and all related industries.

He is specialised in Steel Structure Design and detailing. Has Extensively Worked on Staad Pro software.

SATYAWAN KADAM- STEEL DETAILING MANAGER

He has 15 years of sound experience in steel detailing & checking and 2 years on Xsteel for all kind of Industrial, commercial, Miscellanious, Stair ,Ladder and like Structural Detailing / Checking.

I He has sound experience  specially for U.S. method of detailing  of steel structure.
